Terms and Conditions:-
1) I / We have gone through the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and accept the policy and all such terms and conditions
2) I / We allow MNC Financial Advisory Services (MNCFAS) to pass on my / our information to Fast Markets Ltd (FML) to administer the access to the website and also enable them to contact me / us regarding other products or for marketing purpose.
3) I / We have understood that all real – time data, information and research are the intellectual property of FML and thereby MNCFAS shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss thereof or for breach of any proprietary rights.
4) I / We have understood that MNCFAS is only a reseller of the website license bought from FML on an exclusive basis for Indian Territory and thereby has no proprietary rights over content of the website.
5) I / We agree to use the services under this contract only for own bona fide purpose and shall not pass on the login details to any other person who has not been authorized by MNCFAS or FML.
6) I / We have understood that the delivery of SMS could be either delayed or may remain undelivered as delivery of SMS service is not guaranteed.
7) Upon termination of this contract, there would be no – refund of any monies paid under this contract to the customer. All monies collected on account of subscription are paid by MNCFAS to FML as purchasers of licenses and therefore MNCFAS shall not be held responsible or liable for any refund thereof.
8) The prices published on the all marketing material and on the site are exclusive of Service tax and other levies as may be charged by Govt. of India. The service tax currently is 10.3% inclusive of surcharge and levies and would be paid by the customer in addition the prices published. Any change in the service tax structure may be applicable to the customer as and when they are enacted.
9) I / We agree not to share / distribute / publish any part of the contents in the website without the written permission of FML.
10) I / We agree that all analysis , trading strategies and views provided on the website are purely the personal views of the person providing the same and therefore any trade undertaken on the basis of such views or analysis shall be solely at my / our risk and shall not hold MNCFAS or FML responsible in any manner thereof.
11) FML or MNCFAS may terminate the agreement and use of the website if at any time the Client is in breach of any of its material obligations under this Agreement and/or Terms & Conditions of Website use and fails to remedy such breach (if capable of remedy) within 30 days of written request.
